– IRELAND, Dublin – Bank of Ireland Group PLC (LON: BIRG) announced the appointment of Niamh Marshall to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 23 June 2025. She will also join the Court of Directors of The Governor and Company of the Bank of Ireland on the same date.
Niamh Marshall also joins the Audit and Risk Committees.
About Niamh Marshall
As a Partner with KPMG, Niamh Marshall specialised in financial services, including retail and wholesale banking and investment management. She has developed extensive experience across financial services, audit and accountancy, risk management, controls, and governance.
Niamh Marshall serves as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of Greencoat Renewables plc, Kepak Group Limited, and Ulster Bank Ireland DAC. She also serves as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee of the Irish Rugby Football Union.
Niamh Marshall has previously served as a director on the board of the Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.
