– IRELAND, Dublin – Bank of Ireland (LON: BIRG) announced the appointment of current Board member Michele Greene as the Deputy Chair and Senior Independent Director on 1 June 2025, succeeding Richard Goulding, who will retire from the Board on 31 December 2025
Michele Greene, who joined the Board in December 2019, will step off the Transformation Oversight Committee and join the Nomination & Governance Committee alongside Richard at that time.
