– UK, Leeds – Genuit Group plc (LON: GEN), a leading provider of sustainable water and climate management solutions, today announced the appointment of Kevin Boyd as Chair of its Board of Directors, effective from 1 November 2022, succeeding Ron Marsh who will remain on the Board until 31 December 2022.
About Kevin Boyd
Kevin Boyd joined the Board in September 2020 and was previously CFO of the global engineering group Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc and Group Finance Director for Oxford Instruments plc. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Bodycote plc and Emis Group plc.
