Genuit Group announces Joe Vorih to its Board of Directors as next CEO

– UK, Leeds –  Genuit Group plc (LON: GEN) today announced the appointment of Joe Vorih to its Board of Directors as CEO early in 2022, to succeed Martin Payne who will step down from the Board and as CEO following a period of handover with Mr. Vorih.

“Joe is a highly experienced senior executive with a strong track record. Joe brings extensive operational leadership and strategic expertise in the manufacturing and technology industries, and I am confident he will take Genuit Group forward to the next stage of its growth and development,” said Group Chairman, Ron Marsh.

About Joe Vorih

Joe will join Genuit Group’s Board from Spectris plc, an FTSE 250 company, where he has been president of HBK, a standalone division and key platform business within the Group, since January 2019, having joined Spectris in 2016. Before that, he worked for Clarcor Corporation, an NYSE listed business delivering filtration solutions, and Danaher Corporation, also a US-listed global business in industrial, test, and medical equipment.
