Digitalbox appoints Graham Bryce to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Bath –  Digitalbox plc (LON: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, that owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke, The Tab, and TV Guide, announced the appointment of Graham Bryce to its Board as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

About Graham Bryce

Graham Bryce who was COO at Bauer Media Audio UK and is non-executive Chair of Stream Marine Group, brings almost 30 years of experience within the UK and European media industry and board-level experience within the maritime and renewables industry.

Graham Bryce has been requested by Downing Strategic Micro-Cap Investment Trust Plc and Storia Credit to contribute to the Company’s strategic direction. As a Non-Executive Director, he will contribute to the Strategic Review announced on 4 October 2024, which is being led by the independent Non-Executive Directors.
