– UK, Bath – Digitalbox plc (LON: DBOX), the mobile-first digital media business, which owns leading websites Entertainment Daily, The Daily Mash, The Poke, The Tab, and TV Guide, announced the appointment of Claire Blunt to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect, bringing a wealth of operational digital and PLC experience from her senior roles at leading companies in the media industry.
Claire Blunt will also join the Audit and Nomination Committees and become Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
The Company is also proposing to appoint Graham Bryce to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, subject to due diligence.
