Digital 9 Infrastructure appoints Eric Sanderson to its Board as Independent Chairman

– UK, London –  Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC (LON: DGI9) announced the appointment of Eric Sanderson as the Independent Non-Executive Chair, to succeed Charlotte Valeur who will step down from the Board.

Eric Sanderson will also join the Risk, Valuation, Nomination, and Management Engagement Committees.

About Eric Sanderson

Eric Sanderson is a chartered accountant and former CEO of British Linen Bank, which was the investment banking arm of the Bank of Scotland. He subsequently was Chief Executive of Bank of Scotland’s Treasury arm and a member of the Bank of Scotland Management Board. He brings extensive non-executive investment company board experience.

Eric Sanderson is Non-Executive Chair of JPMorgan Emerging Europe, Middle East & Africa Securities plc and is also Non-Executive Chair of BlackRock Greater Europe Investment Trust plc. He was formerly Non-Executive Chair of Schroders UK Mid Cap Fund plc (2011-2021) and a director of Dunedin Enterprise Investment Trust plc (1990-1997). He is also a former Chair of Dunedin Fund Managers Limited and its parent company DFM Holdings Limited.
