Alan will also join the Audit Committee.

Mr. Ralph is a very experienced business and finance leader having spent almost 20 years with UDG Healthcare plc. Mr. Ralph spent ten years leading UDG’s largest business unit before supporting its strategic transformation as CFO for five years. Mr. Ralph is a Chartered Accountant.
