PSEG appoints Ralph LaRossa to its Board of Directors as CEO alongside Ralph Izzo as Executive Chair

– USA, NJ –  Public Service Enterprise Group (NYSE: PEG) today announced the appointment of Ralph LaRossa to its Board of Directors as president and CEO effective Sept. 1, 2022, succeeding Ralph Izzo who remains as executive chair until Dec. 31, 2022, when Ralph LaRossa will assume the additional responsibilities of chair of the PSEG board from Jan. 1, 2023.
