– IRELAND, Dublin – Origin Enterprises plc (LON: OGN), the international Agronomy-Services Group today announced the appointment of Alan Ralph to its Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 3 October 2022.
The company also announced the appointment of Helen Kirkpatrick as the new Senior Independent Director to replace Gary Britton at the AGM.
About Alan Ralph
Alan Ralph is a highly experienced business professional and financial leader having spent 20 years with UDG Healthcare plc. He spent 10 years leading UDmost prominentgest business unit before supporting the company’s strategic transformation as CFO for five years. Alan is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and previously worked in Banta Corporation and PwC.
Alan currently serves as a Non-Executive Director of DCC plc and is Chair of their Audit Committee.
