– UK, London – CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust PLC (LON: CTUK) announced the appointment of current Board member Nicky McCabe as Senior Independent Director, replacing Tim Scholefield who retired from the Board today.
The Company also announced that Christopher Metcalfe will join its Board of Directors tomorrow as planned.

Christopher Metcalfe is Chairman of Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc and the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of JP Morgan US Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc. He has extensive equity fund management and investment trust experience having previously worked in senior positions at Newton Investment Management, Schroder Investment Management, and Henderson Administration Group.
