Creat Resources appoints Lin Zhi to the Board as a Director

W. Australia – Creat Resources Holdings Ltd is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lin Zhi to the board as a Director of the Company. Mr. Lin (34), is a Chinese national currently resident in Hong Kong. He has an extensive background in law, having obtained a Master’s degree in Law and a Certificate in Business Administration from Northwestern University Law School and Kellogg Business School, United States in June 2007. Furthermore, he also obtained a Master’s degree in International Commercial Law from Nottingham University School of Law, in December 2001. Moreover, Mr. Lin has a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Jilin University of Law Changchun, China, which he obtained in July 2000. He was also awarded a People’s Republic of China Legal Qualification from the Ministry of Justice of People’s Republic of China in February 2005.

Mr Lin began his career working as a lawyer at firms in the People’s Republic of China from 2002 until 2006. In 2007 he became Investment Officer for Pacific Alliance Group in Hong Kong, before leaving to join a subsidiary of the Company to perform the same role in 2011.

The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Cathy Lam as Chief Financial Officer. This is a senior management position, not a board appointment. Ms Lam has previously worked at Verdant Capital Group and PricewaterhouseCoopers and holds a Masters Degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

The Company also announces the resignation of Mr Rex Chow as Chief Operations Officer. The Company would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Chow for his dedicated service to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
