– CHINA, Beijing – AirNet Technology Inc., formerly known as AirMedia Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ANTE), today announced the appointment of Ms. Tong Lin to its Board as an Independent Director effective from March 8, 2024.
Ms. Tong Lin has joined the audit committee and the compensation committee as a member, and the compliance committee as chair.
The company also announced the resignations of Dong Wen and Hua Zhuo from the Board effective March 8, 2024.
About Ms. Tong Lin
Ms. Tong Lin had been serving as a director of human resources at Hong Kong Strength Company Group from March 2020 to June 2022. Before that, Ms. Lin worked at Haier Group Corporation from May 2014 to September 2019 as a director of human resources and at Geliahao Group from June 2006 to September 2013 as a human resources specialist.
Ms. Tong Lin holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern University in June 2006, and a master’s degree in executive business administration from Tsinghua Shenzhen International Graduate School in June 2013.
