– UK, London – Argentex Group plc (LON: AGFX), the provider of currency management and payment services to international institutions and corporates, today announced the appointment of Tim Haldenby to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 15 November 2023.
Tim Haldenby will join the Audit and Risk Committee as Chair, and the Remuneration and Nomination Committees as a member.

Tim Haldenby was appointed as Chief Data Officer at Camelot UK Lotteries Limited in 2022, after rejoining the UK business in 2018 as Chief of Staff, after previously joining Camelot Global as Head of Strategy in 2014. Tim is a qualified management accountant.
