– UK, London – Argentex Group PLC (LON: AGFX), the international provider of foreign exchange services to institutions, corporates, and high net worth private individuals, today announced the appointment of its Non-Executive Director, Nigel Railton, as Senior Independent Director effective from 1st March 2023, replacing Lena Wilson who is retiring from the Board on 28 February 2023.
Nigel has been on the Board since 19 June 2019 and will continue as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee and a Member of the Remuneration Committee and Nominations Committee.
