– UK, Gloucester – ProCook Group plc (LON: PROC), the UK’s leading direct-to-consumer specialist kitchenware brand, today announced the appointment of Meg Lustman to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 25 June 2024.
“We are delighted to welcome Meg to the ProCook Board, as she brings a wealth of retail experience, having led the UK and international growth of some of the UK’s best-known retailers. This will be invaluable to the business as we continue to build on the growing momentum in our performance.” said Board Chair, Greg Hodder.
Meg Lustman will also join the Remuneration Committee as Chair, and the Nomination Committee, and the Audit and Risk Committee as a member.
Concurrently, Luke Kingsnorth will step down from the Board at that date.
About Meg Lustman
Meg Lustman has over 35 years of retail experience and was previously CEO of British affordable luxury brand, Hobbs. Before this, she held senior positions at many of the UK’s leading fashion retailers including John Lewis, Warehouse, and Aurora/Mosaic Fashions.
Meg Lustman is currently a non-executive director of N Brown Group plc Chair of its Remuneration Committee and interim Chair of the Nominations and Governance Committee. She also serves as VP of Court and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Glasgow Caledonian University and is Chair of St Luke’s Hospice (Harrow and Brent).
