– UK, London – Zinc Media Group plc (LON: ZIN), the award-winning television, brand, and audio production group, today announced the appointment of Kathryn Herrick to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 October 2024 to succeed Nick Taylor as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee when he resigns from the Board on 30 November 2024.

Kathryn Herrick has considerable public markets and commercial experience, previously acting as CFO for Creston PLC as well as VP of Finance for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at Equinix Inc and WPP Group plc. Currently, Kathryn acts as Group CFO at Jones Knowles Ritchie, the global branding and design agency. Kathryn is a chartered accountant having qualified at PwC.
