About Anthony Chilengi
Anthony Chilengi is a seasoned human resource management expert, serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development. He has held key positions within the Government of the Republic of Zambia, including Assistant Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development. Anthony Chilengi has worked for the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Administration in the field of Human Resources Management.
Anthony Chilengi holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Mulungushi University in Kabwe, Zambia. He is also a member of the Zambia Institute for Human Resources Management.
