– UK, London – Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC (LON: WWH) today announced the appointment of Tim Livett to its Board as an independent, non-executive Director, effective from 1st September 2022.
Tim Livett will also join the Audit & Risk Committee, the Nominations Committee and the Management Engagement & Remuneration Committee.
