– UK, London – Worldwide Healthcare Trust PLC (LON: WWH) announced the appointment of Sian Hansen to its Board as an independent non-executive Director effective from 1st October 2024.

About Sian Hansen
Sian Hansen is a non-executive Director of Pacific Assets Trust plc, and is a member of the Advisory Board of Cerno Capital Partners LLP. She was formerly COO at global strategic consultancy group CT Group and an Executive Director of the Legatum Institute. She was also a non-executive Director of JP Morgan Multi-Asset Global Growth & Income plc.
Sian Hansen will join the Audit & Risk Committee, the Nominations Committee and the Management Engagement & Remuneration Committee.
