– USA, MN – Winmark Corporation (Nasdaq: WINA) announced the appointment of Keith Credendino to its Board of Directors.
Keith Credendino will join the Audit Committee.
The company also announced that Jenele Grassle will not stand for re-election to the Board at its next AGM in April 2026.
