– USA, MN – Winmark Corporation (Nasdaq: WINA) today announced the appointment of Board member Tom Tomlinson as its new Lead Independent Director, effective immediately, replacing Paul Reyelts who will not stand for re-election to the Board at its next AGM in April 2023.
