– UK, Banbury – Westminster Group Plc (LON: WSG) today announced the appointment of Simon Barrell to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 July 2021.
The group is an AIM-listed supplier of managed security services and technology-based security solutions to governments and government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and blue-chip commercial organizations worldwide.

Simon will be assuming the role of Chair of the Audit Committee.
