– UK, Banbury – Westminster Group Plc (LON: WSG), a leading supplier of managed services and technology-based security solutions, today announced that Rt Hon. Sir Tony Baldry will move from the position of Executive Chairman to Non-Executive Chairman at the conclusion of the AGM on 28 June 2023.
The company also announced that Mawuli Ababio will be stepping down from the Board at the AGM.
