– CANADA, Toronto – Western Metallica Resources Corp. (TSX: WMS) announced the appointment of Roxanne Gelineau to its Board of Directors effective immediately.
The Company also announced the resignation of Joaquin Merino from the Board, effective immediately.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting and administration, Roxanne Gelineau has built a solid reputation for her expertise in supporting business operations and financial management, particularly within publicly traded companies.
She serves as the Office Manager for Northern Superior Resources Inc. and OnGold Resources Ltd., where she oversees day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and administrative support.
