– UK, London – W.H. Ireland Group PLC (LON: WHI) today announced the appointment of Simon Moore to its Board as Non-Executive Chair and Garry Stran as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Concurrently, Simon Lough, Helen Sinclair, and Tom Wood will step down from the Board, with immediate effect.
