– UK, Cardiff – Principality Building Society (LON: ZT11) today announced the appointment of Simon Moore to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chair-Elect, to succeed Sally Jones-Evans as Chair following the AGM.
About Simon Moore
Simon Moore is highly experienced and respected in the Financial Services industry. Following a career in the military, he has held roles in Lloyds Banking Group, Chase Manhattan, ABN Amro, and Barclays Bank. Simon Moore served as Managing Director for Barclays Commercial Wales and the South West and has a strong connection with Wales and Welsh business. Simon has served as Chair of another leading mutual organization, LV=, as well as serving on several other boards.
