– UK, London – VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (LON: VSL) today announced the appointment of non-executive Director Graeme Proudfoot as Chairman-designate, to succeed Kevin Ingram who intended to retire at or before the 2021 AGM.
Mr. Proudfoot was appointed to the Board on 1st December 2020 and will work with Mr. Ingram to ensure that there is a smooth handover over the next four months.

Mr. Ingram has served on the Board since the IPO in 2015, initially as Chair of the Audit & Valuation Committee and then as Chairman since December 2018.
