– UK, London – VPC Specialty Lending Investments plc (LON: VSL), announced the appointment of current board member Nick Campsie to the role of chairman of its Board of Directors, effective from 6 August 2025, replacing Graeme Proudfoot, who will retire from the Board at the next AGM in June 2026.
Nick Campsie joined the board in June 2024 and has been Chair of the Management Engagement Committee since 24 September 2024.
