– UK, Richmond – Videndum plc (LON: VID), the international provider of premium branded hardware products and software solutions to the content creation market, today announced the appointment of Stephen Harris as Chairman of the Board of Directors with immediate effect, replacing Ian McHoul who will remain on the Board as a non-executive director until the conclusion of the 2024 AGM on 19 June 2024.
Teté Soto, current independent non-executive director, will not seek re-election at the 2024 AGM.
