– UK, Newcastle upon Tyne – Bellway PLC (LON: BWY) today announced the appointment of Cecily Davis to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 May 2024.
“I am delighted to welcome Cecily Davis to the Company. Cecily’s expertise as an engineering, procurement and construction lawyer combined with her experience as a non-executive director and strong commitment to the improvement of ESG in the construction sector, will further strengthen the Board and we look forward to working with her.” said Board chair, John Tutte.
Cecily Davis will also join the Audit, Nomination, Sustainability and Remuneration Committees.

Cecily Davis has a wealth of senior executive experience in leadership and influencing, gained through her lengthy tenure as a senior partner with Fieldfisher and as the current Co-Head of her firm’s Africa Group. In addition, Cecily currently serves as a non-executive director on the board of Triple Point Social Housing REIT PLC and has previously acted as a non-executive director of both L&Q Group and Places for People.
