– UK, London – Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc (LON: AEP), which owns, operates and develops plantations in Indonesia and Malaysia, today announced the appointment of Michael Stainer to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 May 2024.
Michael Stainer will also join the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.
About Michael Henry Stainer
Michael Stainer is a British citizen a qualified accountant and a qualified corporate treasurer. He has some 30 years of experience working in private and listed companies holding a range of finance positions across companies in the property, mining, technology, food, and public utilities industries. From 1992 to 2002, he was the Group Treasurer and a director of the non-regulated subsidiaries of Bristol Water Holdings Plc.
