– UK, London – VH Global Energy Infrastructure plc (LON: ENRG) announced the appointment of Patrick Firth to its Board as an independent non-executive director with effect from 20 February 2025.
The Company also announced that Margaret Stephens will not stand for re-election at the upcoming AGM.
About Patrick Firth
Patrick Firth is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He started working in the fund industry in Guernsey in 1992 and was the managing director of third-party fund administration businesses and a non-executive director of several management companies, general partners, and investment companies. Mr Firth is a resident of the UK.
Patrick Firth is the chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of CT UK Capital and Income Investment Trust plc, and the chair of the Audit Committee of India Capital Growth Fund Limited, both of which are listed on the London Stock Exchange. He was previously a non-executive director of NextEnergy Solar Fund Limited, Riverstone Energy Limited, and ICG-Longbow Senior Secured UK Property Debt Investments Limited, all of which are listed on the London Stock Exchange.
