– UK, Coventry – i-nexus Global plc (LON: INX), a leading provider of cloud-based Strategy Execution software solutions designed for the Global 5000, today announced the appointment of David Firth to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 18 February 2021.

Mr. Firth will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Remuneration Committee in March, following the AGM.
Current Non-executive Director, Nigel Halkes, has informed the Board of his decision not to stand for re-election at the forthcoming AGM. The Board thanks Nigel for his guidance and support since the Company’s IPO in 2018.

David Firth is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a highly experienced PLC board member with a strong understanding of the software industry. His current directorships include Parity Group Plc, an IT services and data consultancy business, Best of the Best plc, an organiser of weekly competitions on-line to win cars and other luxury prizes and Summerway Capital Plc, an acquisition company listed on AIM focused on investment and acquisition opportunities across software, SaaS and digital technologies and services. David acts as Chairman of the Audit committees for all three companies and is Chairman of the Remuneration committees for Parity Group Plc and Summerway Capital Plc. David was previously Finance Director of Penna Consulting plc from 1999 to 2016 and has held a number of board positions in public companies over the past 30 years across various sectors including HR consultancy and recruitment, IT services, financial markets, motor retailing and advertising.
