– UK, Bristol – Unite Group plc (LON: UTG), the UK’s leading owner, manager, and developer of student accommodation, today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Nicky Dulieu as Senior Independent Director effective from 1st March 2023, to succeed Liz McMeikan who will retire from the Board effect on 28 February 2023.
Nicky Dulieu will also be Chair of the Remuneration Committee from that date.
Nicky has been a member of the Remuneration Committee since joining the Board and has extensive experience in Chairing Remuneration Committees and as a Senior Independent Director. She is currently Remuneration Committee Chair at Adnams Plc and Redrow Plc, where she is also the Senior Independent Director.
