– UK, London – Unicorn AIM VCT PLC (LON: UAV), has previously announced the appointment of Julian Bartlett to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective from 2 October 2024.
About Julian Bartlett
Julian Bartlett has significant financial, assurance, and advisory experience gained from over 30 years as a Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP and from former roles at RSM Robson Rhodes and Deloitte. He specialized in financial services throughout his career with a focus on investment management. He is the Chair of Invesco Fund Managers Limited, a Director of Invesco Pensions Limited, Audit Committee Chair and Director of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc, and a Director of Lindsell Train Limited. He was formerly a non-executive Director of FFI Holdings plc from August 2017 until it ceased trading on AIM in August 2019.
Julian Bartlett is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
