– UK, London – Unicorn AIM VCT PLC (LON: UAV) today announced the appointment of Josie Tubbs to its Board as a non-executive Director with effect from 24 May 2022.
About Josephine Tubbs
Josie Tubbs qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and worked in private practice for several years before becoming an in-house lawyer in 1997. Since 2006, Josie has been General Counsel for AXA Investment Managers in the UK before becoming General Secretary UK in 2019, a position she still holds. Since 2013 she has non-executive director roles on the boards of AXA IM’s Irish operating entities and the boards of various Irish domiciled investment funds.
