– UK, London – TruFin plc (LON: TRU) announced the appointment of Sean Brennan to its Board as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
About Sean Brennan
Sean Brennan has been in the video games industry for over 35 years, most recently as CEO of Focus Entertainment.
Before this, Sean Brennan was Managing Director of ZeniMax Europe Limited, responsible for the international publishing business and management of all the international offices. ZeniMax Media Inc. was acquired by Microsoft for $7.5bn in 2020.
Sean Brennan has also held senior positions at Virgin Interactive Entertainment, Mirrorsoft, and Telecomsoft. He has been a non-executive director of Playstack Limited since April 2024.
