– IRELAND, Kilkenny – Glanbia plc (LON: GLB) today announced the appointment of Róisín Brennan as Senior Independent Director effective from 30 December 2023.
Róisín Brennan has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since January 2021, and she is a member of the Development Committee, the Nomination & Governance Committee, and the Remuneration Committee.
