– UK, London – HomeServe Plc (LON: HSV), the international home repairs and improvements business, today announced the appointment of Roisin Donnelly to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director.

Roisin’s 30 years of marketing experience with Procter and Gamble, her advisory roles with Facebook, John Lewis and Coca-Cola European Partners, and her non-executive positions with family owned, private equity backed and listed businesses will enable her to add immediate value to our Board discussions, as we supervise HomeServe’s plans for continued growth.” said Board Chairman, Barry Gibson.
Roisin will join the Board and the People Committee on 25 March 2021.
She is a former non-executive director of two privately-owned businesses, Holland and Barrett Ltd and Bourne Leisure Holdings Ltd, and served on the board of Just Eat plc from 2016 to 2020 when it merged with Takeaway.com NV.
