Tracsis announces Ross Paterson to join its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Leeds –  Tracsis plc (LON: TRCS), a leading transport technology provider, today announced the appointment of Ross Paterson to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective on 2nd April 2024.

“I look forward to welcoming Ross, who brings a wealth of experience and is a great fit with our business” said Board Chair, Jill Easterbrook.

The company also announced that Liz Richards will step down from the Board on 30th June 2024. Ross Paterson will succeed Liz as Chair of the Audit Committee at that date.

Ross Paterson is a former CFO of Stagecoach Group and Non-Executive Director of Virgin Rail Group. He has extensive experience in managing finance & risk and delivering strategic growth in an international UK-listed business and has significant knowledge of the transport sector from his executive career with Stagecoach Group. He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair of the FTSE 100 company, The Unite Group plc. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
