Diaceutics announces Cheryl MacDiarmid to join its Board as Non-Executive Director while Board member Graham Paterson becomes Senior Independent Director

– UK, Belfast –  Diaceutics PLC (LON: DXRX), a leading technology and solutions provider to the pharma and biotech industry, announced the appointment of Cheryl MacDiarmid to its Board as a Non-Executive Director subject to due diligence checks. Current Non-Executive Director Graham Paterson will assume the role of Senior Independent Director effective 1 October 2024.

Current CDO Jordan Clark will also join the Board as an Executive Director effective 1 October 2024, while Mike Wort is stepping down as a Non-Executive Director effective 1 October 2024.

Cheryl is an internationally recognized opinion leader in the development & commercialization of medicines. Trained as a pharmacist, she has held numerous senior leadership positions in the UK, EU, US, and Canada, with responsibilities including global commercial strategy, P&L, sales, marketing, operations, and Board membership. Cheryl is passionate about bringing new therapies to the right patients who can benefit.
