Totally appoints Tony Bourne to its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London – Totally (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of services to the healthcare sector, announces that Tony Bourne has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Tony Bourne is currently a non-executive director of Barchester, one of the UK’s largest operators of residential care homes and Spire Healthcare Group plc, one of the largest private healthcare groups in the UK, a London Stock Exchange-listed company and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index. Tony is also Chairman of Chelsea and Westminster Health Charity, one of the largest NHS charities.

He was previously Chief Executive of the British Medical Association from the beginning of 2005 until late 2013.

Tony was in investment banking for over 25 years including as a partner at Hawkpoint and as global head of the equities division and a member of the managing board of Paribas. Tony has also previously served as a non-executive director of Southern Housing Group from 2004 to 2013 and Scope, which focuses on cerebral palsy and is one of the UK’s largest charities.
