Totally appoints Simon Stilwell to its Board as Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate

– UK, Derby –  Totally plc (LON: TLY), a leading provider of frontline healthcare services, corporate fitness and wellbeing services across the UK and Ireland, today announced the appointment of Simon Stilwell to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman-designate effective immediately, to succeed Bob Holt as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 January 2024.

“Simon brings a huge amount of experience that will benefit the Group and its future, and I am very pleased to welcome him to the Board,” said CEO, Wendy Lawrence.

The company also announced that current Board Chairman Bob Holt will step down from the Board effective 31 December 2023.

About Simon Stilwell

Simon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Gresham House plc. Simon has over 26 years of experience in the City and was, until 2022, CEO of Bonhill Group plc, an AIM-listed digital media and events business. He was previously Chief Executive of Liberum, the investment bank that he co-founded in 2007, and a Director of the Little Forest Folk group of outdoor children’s nurseries. Before Liberum, Simon was Head of Sales for small companies at Collins Stewart plc and was also a Director at Beeson Gregory Limited. He is a former infantry officer who is Chairman of the Gloucestershire Regiment Museum Trust.
