– UK, Colchester – Titon Holdings Plc (LON: TON), a leading manufacturer and supplier of ventilation systems and window and door hardware, today announced the upcoming appointment of Jamie Brooke to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, subject to due diligence and regulatory approvals.
The company also announced that Keith Ritchie has stepped down as Chair of the Board with immediate effect, and will step down from the Board on 28 February 2024. Paul Hooper, an independent Non-Executive Director, has assumed the role of Interim Chair immediately.
About Jamie Brooke
For the past 25 years, Jamie Brooke has worked in quoted fund management and private equity, originally starting with 3i Plc. Most recently he worked with Hanover Investors and, before this, he spent twelve years with the Volantis team under the umbrellas of Lombard Odier, Henderson, and Gartmore. Jamie is a Non-Executive Director at Flowtech Fluidpower Plc, Chapel Down Group Plc, Oryx International Growth Fund Plc, Triple Point Venture VCT Plc, and Kelso Group Holdings Plc. He is also a member of the Investment Advisory Group of Rockwood Strategic Plc. He trained as an ACA with Deloitte
