Synectics welcomes Jon Kempster to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, Studley –  Synectics plc (LON: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance systems, announced the appointment of Jon Kempster to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective on 1 July 2024.

Jon Kempster will also be Chair of the Audit Committee.

About Jonathan Kempster

Jon Kempster has more than 20 years of experience as a public company director. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted Norman Broadbent plc, a leading Executive Search and Interim Management firm, Serinus Energy plc, the international oil and gas company, and a Director of Delta Pension Nominees Limited. Jon was previously a Non-Executive Director of DX (Group) plc, the provider of delivery solutions, FireAngel Safety Technology plc, the home safety products group, and Bonhill Group plc. Jon Kempster qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1990 and has held several board positions in both an executive and non-executive capacity, including at Redcentric plc, Frasers Group plc, and more recently Ted Baker plc.
