The company also announced that Fiona McAnena would be leaving the Board at the upcoming AGM
Jon Kempster will replace Devyani Vaishampayan as Chair of the Audit Committee and join the Remuneration Committee.
About Jon Kempster
Jon has more than 20 years of experience as a public company director. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of AIM quoted DX (Group) plc, the provider of delivery solutions, FireAngel Safety Technology plc, the home safety products group, and Serinus Energy Plc, the international oil and gas company. He is also a Director of Delta Pension Nominees Limited. Jon qualified as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in 1990 and has held several board positions in both an executive and non-executive capacity, including at Redcentric plc, Frasers Group plc, and more recently Ted Baker plc.
