– IRELAND, Dublin – Petroneft Resources PLC (LON: PTR) an oil & gas exploration and production company, operating in the Tomsk Oblast, Russian Federation, 90% owner and operator of Licence 67 and 50% owner and operator of Licence 61, today announced the appointments of Pavel Tetyakov as CEO and David Sturt as Executive Chairman.
Concurrently, Alastair McBain has resigned immediately as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board.
Pavel Tetyakov who has been an Executive Director and SVP of New Business will assume the role of CEO and David Sturt, formerly CEO, will immediately take the role of Executive Chairman.
David Sturt commented: “I together with the other members of the board, look forward to working with Pavel in leading the management of the Company through these most difficult times.”
