[Stop Ukraine War] – Polyus appoints Sergei Nossoff as Board Chairman following mass resignations of Board Members

– RUSSIA, Moscow –  PJSC Polyus (MOEX: PLZL | LON: PLZL) today announced the resignations of Edward Dowling, Maria Gordon, Kent Potter, and William Champion from the Board of Directors due to inability to execute their governance function given the market circumstances.

Sergei Nossoff will serve as the Chairman of the Board with effect from 9 March 2022.
