– UK, Cirencester – St. James’s Place plc (LON: STJ) today announced the appointment of Simon Fraser to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective on 22 April 2024.
“I am delighted that Simon has agreed to join the Board, bringing with him extensive financial services experience combined with a knowledge of capital markets”, said Board Chair, Paul Manduca.
Simon Fraser will also join the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee and, subject to regulatory approval will be appointed as the Senior Independent Director and to the Nomination and Governance Committee.
About Simon Fraser
Simon Fraser has extensive experience in the financial sector having built a career in investment banking, with the majority of his executive career spent at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Latterly, he has held senior independent director positions at Derwent London plc and Lancashire Holdings Ltd and a non-executive position at Legal & General Investment Management Ltd until March 2024.
Since 2021, Simon Fraser has been a non-executive director of SEGRO plc.
